Program Management
Program management is the process of
managing several related projects, often with the intention of improving an organization's performance.
My role as a program manager is to ensure the execution of an organization's projects. I supervise and organize activities that ensure that project goals are aligned and that company's objectives and are met.
Change Management
Change management is the management of the change process in the organization through a sequence of steps or activities, that a change management team follows, in order to drive individual transitions and ensure the project meets its intended outcomes.
My role as a Change Manager is to define the change approach, lead the change process and change team, guide and inspire the change agents, thereby bringing about outcomes that produce the correct result, buy-in, and behaviour in the organization.
