Personal Profile

I was born in South Africa and I've worked for large multi-national companies in Switzerland, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. This has made me flexible and able to work in a multicultural, international environment.

My main fields of expertise include the definition of business and information technology strategies and implementing transformation initiatives to optimize and improve organizations. My main focus is on technology, processes, and organizational change.

I have proven to be skilled in transformation initiatives where efficiency & effectiveness are drivers (reorganizations, outsourcing, centralization, decentralization, mergers and acquisitions, optimization, etc.) 

With years of experience in implementing ERP systems as key to supporting the business, my key driver has been on benefits realization that included return on investment (ROI) and improvement in profit & loss (P&L).

I have a natural ability to motivate and influence others and get ’the job done’ by monitoring, reporting and mitigating risks accordingly. As a strong resource and vendor manager, I have good negotiation, organization and planning skills.

My personality is charismatic with a certain reserve and this helps when engaging others. I am said to come across as a pleasant and professional leader.

 I have learned to cope with the demands of work, cultural and social pressure because of her flexible attitude, pragmatic insight and optimistic look on life.
